Powerful
software allows to control advanced AT-LA500 functions using a user-friendly
graphic interface. AT-LA500 Navigator manages the multiple workspace
windows and the instrument settings.
- Easy
to use instrument control and configuration
- Multiple display windows with cursors for simple and rapid measurements:
Waveform Window, Data Window,Mixed Mode Window
- Wizard for easy project creation
- USB 2.0 interface (compatible 1.1) to transfer data to the PC
within seconds
- LabView and C/C++ SDK (Software Development Kit)
- Windows 2000/XP OS
New AT-LA500 GigaView: 1.5 GHz (666 ps-resolution) timing acquisition on all channels to find quickly difficult hardware problems such as digital logic errors, glitches, setup/hold violations and crosstalk.
New AT-LA500 for mixed signal testing. Connect your oscilloscope to AT-LA500
to make a unique Mixed Signal Tester.
New AT-LA500 Serial Protocol Analyzer
New AT-LA500 Digital Pattern Generator - Sampler
AT-LA
Navigator SE
The
AT-LA Navigator SE allows the user to organize the workspace and manage
all the channels connected to the instrument in simple way. It presents
a project tree to control the display windows and the instrument
settings and a signal tree to manage the signals/groups of the active
display window, using drag&drop function.

Instrument
Settings
The
easy to use tab structure of the Settings window is designed to
give access to the instrument advanced features like trigger setup,
sampling mode, threshold setup, all in just few mouse clicks.
The user can add or remove signals/groups in the project and assign
them the channels of the logic analyzer, with the possibility to
select the waveform color and the base representation. A table will
give the summary of the user channel settings. Changing an assignment
is made as easy as modifying a value in a table..
Display Windows
Three
types of windows for visualization of acquired data are available:
-
Waveform
Window
-
Data Window
- Mixed Mode Window
An unlimited number of display windows can be created to compare
different acquisitions.
Waveform Window allows the user to analyze the
correct hardware operations by viewing time relationship between
groups and signals displayed as digital waveforms.
Data
Window can be used to examine data patterns in the same
way as they are captured and placed into memory, in tabular format.
Mixed Window allow the user to analyze Mixed signal acquisitions: it displays simultaneously the analogue and the digital traces result of the communication between the oscilloscope and the logic analyzer.
Software Development Kit ( AT-LA500 C/C++ LabView SDK)
The
AT-LA 500 LabView SDK provides an easy way to create custom AT-LA
software without experience in programming techniques, but using
LabView™ graphical development software. Easy integration
with test equipment that uses LabView™ interface. |
