AT-XSS:

AT-LA500 provides a dedicated expansion bus, called AT-XSS, for expandability and synchronization with external instruments (i.e. oscilloscopes). The synchronization is bidirectional so that the oscilloscope and the logic analyzer can be in turn the trigger master.
The BNC board provides a simple way to connect your oscilloscope with AT-LA500. BNC cables are not included. |

AT-XSS (Extended Synchronous System) Cable provides
a simple way to link up 8 AT-LAs to expand the number of channels
with no loss of performance: up to 288 Channels @ 500 MS/s.
It is also possible to connect other AT test equipment instruments
to create a measurement system. |
